TRX Fitness Camp

Using the cutting-edge TRX Suspension Trainer® you will experience a challenging and dynamic workout. The TRX leverages one’s own body weight and gravity to simultaneously develop strength, balance, and flexibility. It will be combined with free weights, intense aerobic and anaerobic intervals to provide an excellent overall Bootcamp workout.

Using demanding loads on your muscles while we do the cardio the brain actually thinks it needs the existing muscle to survive therefore the body will only feed upon body fat as its primary energy source and result in maximum Muscle retention and a whole lot of fat burning!

Rhonda will make alternatives and modifications to adjust the intensity so the workout can be done on an individual capability.   Just Jump in and have fun!!
