Andrea’s Banana Bread

- ¼ cup Becel margarine
- 111g unsweetened apple sauce
- 1 cup raw sugar
- 4 egg whites
- 3 bananas
- 1 ¾ cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup milk chocolate chipits
- ¼ cup walnuts
Mix top 4 ingredients together and then add dry mixture. Pour into mini loaf tins or into muffin pan. Bake at 350 for approximately 25 minutes.

Athlete’s Cookies
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. rolled oats
- ¼ c bran
- 1 tsp. Baking soda
- ½ c raw sugar
- ½ c. raisins
- ½ c. chocolate chips*
- 1 egg, medium or 2 egg whites
- ½ c. margarine, non-hydrogenated*
- ¼ c. natural peanut butter
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
Mix ingredients well. Form batter into balls (-2 tbsp) and slightly flatten onto baking sheet. Bake at 350 f for 12-14 minutes. Makes 26 cookies.
